We have tried to create most simple user interface, for your browsing experience on CraftedWear.com. There are no endless forms asking unnecessary informations nor complicated hints for productive usage.
If you still need an assist on how to manage your account, here we go;
Email as username
We ask that you use your email address as your user name, so it will be easier to remember. If you forget which email address you registered within, please contact us with information to verify your identity (name, surname, phone number etc.) We will be happy to recover your user name that is your email address.
Password
Please choose a password that is at least four characters long. You can reset or change your password online at anytime. We'll verify your identity first, then you'll be able to choose a new password. Please do not share your password with anyone else.
Creating new account
You need to create new account to place an order in CraftedWear.com. You only need to enter your email as user name and a password to create an account. Creating new account also gives you opportunities such as simplify the order process, saving unlimited addresses and also review your order history.
Forgotten passwords
If you forget your password, you can simply recover your password via email that you use for login. Go to login - create new account page and enter your email address in the forgotten password field. Your password will be sent to your inbox. Due to security reasons, we don't give your password on phone or by customer representatives.
Personal information
If you have created an account with CraftedWear.com, you can visit personal information page to enter or update your basic information. These informations that you provide to us is used to simplify your browsing experience on CraftedWear.com and also may give promotion opportunities based on.
Change email or password
If you have created an account with CraftedWear.com, you can change your email or password online at anytime. If you only want to change your email address, you can leave password field blank and submit. There will be asking your current password again for security reasons.
Order history
Your order history enables you to review the purchases you've made over the past year. Use this helpful feature to reference items you may want to order again. In order to view your order history online, we invite you to create new account. Your complete order history will be available immediately after you've made your first CraftedWear.com purchase. You can also check your tracking status with shipper's tracking information in order history.
Address book
You can save your addresses in your address book for shipping and billing information on checkout. Name of address is a short name used to identify your address book entries. For example, if you're entering your shipping address at work, you might want to use the nickname, "Work" or "Office".
- Editing: You can edit your addresses by clicking the name of address in Address Book.
- Deleting: Or you can also delete an address simply clicking the
icon in Address Book page next to name of address.
"Default Shipping to" and "Default Billing to" options to make an address to be used firstly for this purpose. If you don't specify or make more than one address as "Default", last entered address will be used.
